Shipping Policy
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not included in the listed product price. These
charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days. Once shipped,
you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
- Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on destination and product
availability. Estimated timelines will be displayed during checkout.
- Potential Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, external factors such as
customs, weather conditions, or courier issues may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your

- Order Processing Time: Custom orders involving more than 5 products, the processing time will be determined based on the complexity and scale of the request. As such, the estimated production and dispatch timeline will be communicated to the client after order confirmation. - Product Condition Requirements: Returned items must be in original, unworn, unwashed,
and make-up free condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return Shipping Costs: For exchanges within the continental Asia, we provide free
return shipping labels. For refunds, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund & Exchange Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process
your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item promptly.
- Final Sales Items: Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or
exchange. This will be clearly noted on the respective product pages.
